All custom-made items are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

Ready-made items may be exchanged only if:
• Requested within 7 days of delivery
• Unworn, unused, and in original condition
• Returned at buyer’s expense
• Subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%

Limited or one-of-a-kind items may not be eligible for exchange due to availability.

No refunds are issued. Shipping and consultation fees are non-refundable.

Risk of loss transfers upon carrier acceptance.

If any portion is unenforceable, remaining portions remain binding.

This policy may be updated at Company discretion. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
